First off I would like to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you
do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
I've had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there.
I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin.
Any recommendations or hints? Kudos!

Your link leads to the website of a Japanese restaurant.

You can try and eat a good breakfast and try some gardening to sweat out, take a bath and then take a 10-minutes walk before you sit down to write. You can think what to write about as you do gardening and walking exercises. That way you can start writing as soon as you sit down. It is preferred to write before 12 noon, when the brain is highly alert and can think straight. The time is noted as 'Dhuha' in Islam, when brainwaves are most active.

Hmm it seems like your website ate my first comment (it was super
long) so I guess I'll just sum it up what I had written
and say, I'm thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog writer but I'm
still new to the whole thing. Do you have any tips and hints for inexperienced blog writers?
I'd genuinely appreciate it.
