A virtual orange grove under glass, and preserved to this day, this
elegant, formal and serene refuge became my inspiration as I blended a
constellation of essential oils - Neroli, Bitter Orange, Mandarin Red,
Rose Otto and Rose Geranium Zdravetz -- to recreate the incredible
perfume of that 18th century crystal palace. Wildly popular in the
1920's, and rapidly being rediscovered today, this orange flower
distillation is known as Neroli essential oil.
